What Green Real Estate Practices does Nicole employ??
First and foremost, I am Tucson's First Certified EcoBroker® AND Tucson's First NAR GREEN Designee highlighting my commitment to GREEN through and through.
Shown to the right is my Jetta TDI (turbo diesel), which I love. It allows me to use biodiesel AND it gets phenomenal gas mileage, i.e up to 40(+) mpg on the freeway. It's a five-speed and great fun to drive. I keep it tuned up regularly and make sure my tires are in good shape. All of this helps in keeping miles per gallon within that range. 
Other aspects of my real estate practice that are green include:
- nearly paperless transactions with extensive use of email & online storage
- extensive online presence as opposed to traditional print marketing
- maintain a home office with 24/7 access to Keller Williams facilities
- personal experience with a green remodel/addition to my own home
- extensive referral sources for those who are of like-mind
- I am queen of recycling!!
- pay close attention to client gifts & marketing materials I utilize & thus, I always try to buy locally whenever possible
